Information You Provide
A name, telephone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the third-party provider that operates that result service. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of search entries. If you contact us, we receive the information included in your message and use it to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting services may create routine logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of request. We review these in aggregate for operation and traffic measurement. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate the service, resolve technical issues, measure aggregate use, and improve reference material. We do not sell visitor lists or build individual visitor profiles.
External Services
Links lead to Bernalillo County, New Mexico, Albuquerque, library, archive, and third-party search services. Those services apply their own privacy policies to anything submitted there. Sponsored results are also supplied by a third party.
Service Providers and Disclosures
Hosting and support vendors process technical data on our behalf. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. We disclose information only when a valid legal process requires disclosure.
Security Practices
The service uses an encrypted connection, and technical logs are retained only for the purposes described here. Because there are no accounts, the service does not hold visitor passwords or account profiles.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a visitor under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided information, and we will remove it.
Your Information Choices
Depending on where you live, laws may give you rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data held by a private service. No broad New Mexico private-sector consumer deletion statute was identified in the research. New Mexico’s Nondisclosure of Sensitive Personal Information Act, SB 36 (Chapter 138, effective July 1, 2025), addresses disclosures by state-agency personnel and does not create a general removal process here. Because we retain little, a request usually concerns contact correspondence or logs. Use the Contact page. Government records held by a state, county, or City custodian must be addressed through that custodian’s own correction or amendment procedure.
Policy Changes
Any revised policy will appear here. Continued use after a revision means acceptance of the updated policy.
